Google Toolbar Beta has good jazzy features compared to the older version. I have been using the Tool bar for almost 2 years. it was extermly useful and productive for searches, to block nasty pop-ups, for auto filling-up loooong forms on the websites. The new toolbar makes the older one a lot better.
> with one click you can search within a single site you are currently on. If you visited a site and found the search engine there not doing a good job or there is no search option at all, just click on google button to search only within the site you want..
> With one click you can link the webpage you have visited to email, blog and SMS.
Email is not really new as you can use the IE to do “mail a link” with outlook.
But the “Send to blog” is very useful button. For example, when i am on the new toolbar home page on Google website I just clicked on “send to blog” button in my Google tool bar to upload the page hyper link into directly into this blog entry
There are other not-so-hot features such as search suggestions, spell checks and book marks etc. your browser can do few of these stuff.
As usual google is making best use of its fan club. You can write APIs to add your favorite websites to Google tool bar. next time searching the websites will only be a click away. one can freely download any website buttons from the Google Toolbar home page.
